Streamlined visa processing is a framework by virtue of which international students may apply to study in Australia regardless of their country of origin. In it, the applicants have lower migration risk (similar to Current Assessment Level1).

Dependents can work up to 40 hours per fortnight provided commencement of course of study in Australia. If a postgraduate course, such as a Masters by coursework degree, than dependents can work unlimited hours once commencement of course.
